Many agents prefer to use our online booking service to schedule services for their properties. It is a great tool to use while coordinating scheduling with a homeowner. If your preferred slot is full in the online booking calendar,please contact us. We will likely be able to accommodate your needs.

When possible, we like to able to accommodate weekends for clients that are unable to have their home photographed during the week. Weekends incur an additional $60 charge for the service.

Twilight photo services can be tricky, as they are weather and sunset dependent. We try our best to be able to accommodate twilight photography, but there are times when it is not possible. In some cases we are able to provide virtual twilight photos if we have reference photos of what a home looks like at night (front and back). There is a $100 charge for twilight photo services (includes as many photos as possible), and $75 charge for virtual twilight photos (4 images).

While we try to keep additional costs to a minimum, there are some cases where travel fees are necessary. Below is a breakdown of our fee structure.

No Charge: Within 30 miles from zip code 14580

$25 Charge: 30-45 miles from zip code 14580

Contact Us: Any property that is more than 45 miles from zip code 14580

The home should be in “show ready” condition prior to our arrival. We have created a great resource for home owners when preparing their home for the shoot. Check out our guide HERE.

We can not be responsible for moving personal items in a home, however, there are instances where we may be able to assist with moving some small items.

If a property is not in “show ready” condition prior to our arrival, we can discuss options on how to proceed. If the property takes longer than the allotted time slot, we will have to schedule a time to come back to finish photographing the property, or an additional $45 charge per 30 minutes will be assessed to finish the shoot (if possible).

Photography service takes anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour and half, and Photo / Video can take up to two hours, if including aerial. We always try to do our best to provide the best possible service without taking up too much of your and the homeowner’s day.

Many times we are asked if you need to be present at the appointment. We do not require an agent or homeowner to be present. If nobody will be present, we do ask that there are directions on how to access the property, as well as any specific details we should be aware of, communicated in writing, prior to the shoot.

We pride ourselves in 12 hour or less delivery (from time of the appointment) of all photos and video tours. In most cases, you will have them that same night. If you are in a rush, we will try to accommodate as quick of a turnaround as possible. This is possible due to never outsourcing our editing. The invoice must be paid prior to media delivery.

Photos: We will provide a link via email using DropBox or WeTransfer. If you have any questions regarding these services and which is better for you, please feel free to contact us.

Video: A Youtube link will be sent via email. In some cases, we are asked if we can send the video file directly. If this is something you would like us to do, please feel free to ask. We can send the video download link to you.

We will send out an invoice once the onsite service has been completed. The invoice can be paid directly through this invoice using your credit card or apple pay. You can also send payment via Venmo to @GlaserVisualMarketing. We also accept cash and checks at the appointment.

Regardless of payment type, a receipt will be sent to your email address after payment.

Ownership of photos and videos remains with Glaser Visual Marketing. Please contact us prior to “selling” or transferring media to another agent.

We always hope that you will be able to keep the scheduled time and day for service. We know that sometimes there are circumstances that can arise, and will always do our best to accommodate any change with adequate notice. We do have a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. If cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, there is a $90 charge. Please contact us prior to cancelling or rescheduling, so we can help best accommodate your, and your clients needs.

If weather conditions are extreme and travel is unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at no charge.
