Family Resource Center
Provides opportunities for families to meet one another, participate in groups, find resources, and meet basic necessities. Offer grandparents support group.
Family Support Program
Provides a Family Support Specialist to meet with parents in their homes to coach and support parents to become more knowledgeable about their child’s issues, become a better advocate for their child, and discover what parenting techniques work best with their child.
Intensive Case Management Program
Provides a case manager to work with the child and family to prevent the risk of residential placement and to keep the child in their home or community.
The Home and Community Based Waiver Services Program
Provides a case manager and intensive support such as in-home services, respite, crisis response, and skill building to families whose child has qualified for residential placement, but who want to maintain their child at home.

Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York to provide funding for the Children’s Law Project whereby more than fifty low-income children with disabilities will receive free direct legal services and 100 parents, children or human services agencies staff will receive legal education on the rights of children with disabilities. Kinship law is done on a case-by-case basis, as well as education law.
