From concept to delivery, the idea is to create visually stunning work. Even when working within restrictive guidelines, it is still important to everything possible to make the advertising piece attractive and functional.

Even before the word go, it is important to be all in. A belief that you give everything you can so that you can deliver only the best has been ingrained into me since I was young. Why give only half an effort, when you can always be proud of your work?

Whether working as a team or individually, it is always important to be professional and courteous. Some people may feel that good customer service stops when you are no longer working with a customer, but the same fundamentals should also apply when working with supervisors and co-workers.

Graphic design is a very expansive field. Throughout my years, I have been able to work on a multitude of projects that have ranged from simple design elements all the way to full trade show displays and complex catalog layouts.

HTML, CSS, Java scripting. CMS and more. Sure, most people prefer to have a website built in a CMS (Content Management System) nowadays, but it still pays to have full web design knowledge. Even if someone uses a template in WordPress, sometimes it is necessary to use coding to make a website truly theirs.

Simple IT helpdesk solutions to complex server tasks, I've likely been there and done it. Offering quick solutions without using intimidating and complex language is always important. Need technology purchased? I can do that too without breaking the bank.

Need products photographed? How about a company gathering? Maybe corporate headshots? No problem! I have over 6 years of product photography and additional experience in professional photography. This includes all post photography processing and setup for whatever medium the images are needed.

One camera, multi-camera, transitions and overlays are what I do. Using prior experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, your commercial or promotional video will have a professional touch.

No matter what you do, quality customer service is always important. This can be making a lasting first impression or continuing a strong relationship with customers or coworkers.

  1. Discussion

This may be one of the most important stages in any workflow. What is the desired outcome for your project?

  2. Concept

Based off of the discussion, a concept proof is created for review. This ensures that the project is in fact moving down the right path.

  3. Review

The review stage is a time to discuss changes to be made or to give the go ahead for the full project.

  4. Revise & Complete

Prior to delivery of a completed project, it is likely that the Review and Revision stages will be repeated.

  5. Deliver

After all revisions are completed, the final project will be delivered in the desired medium.

Some of My References

"Greg redesigned our website at www.nysnavigator.org in 2012, and a billboard design in 2015. He was innovative, creative, and very reasonably priced, which is important to a not for profit organization. His turnaround time was fantastic, and he was cognizant of our needs as a program and organization, while incorporating his own sense of design space, audience experience and unique artistic flair. We couldn’t be happier with the results!"

Jerry Wallace – NYS Kinship Navigator Director

"When it comes to web design and graphics needs I have come to depend on Greg Glaser for everything. He has been behind not only a full Semi-Professional Football League for their web design and hosting needs but also for my team the Monroe County Sting. He also has done work for my very own organization, Runnin’ 2 Reduce. I have been able to just describe to him what I needed, maybe give him a couple of examples and he knocks it out of the park every time. There is nobody else I would trust my with my web and graphics needs."
